Shemsu Ambassadors

The Imyu-Ra (Shemsu Ambassadors) program was designed so that Shemsu in differing geographical areas could have more fellowship both on and offline. Each geographical area (of North America as well as two International spheres) has been divided up with an Imy-Ra/Imyt-Ra Shemsu to facilitate the fellowship between the Shemsu and Remetj of each area.

Canadians have "dual citizenship" (i.e. they can interact with both groups for fellowship) with both the International Group and the North American region.

A breakdown of Imyu-Ra by region, US State, and Canadian province (as well as a clickable map) is also available.

Footnote: Imy-Ra [Imyt-Ra in the feminine, pronounced "(y)immy-rah" or"(y)imeet-ra"; often written in transliteration as imy-r3 or in German Imy-Ratransliteration as jmj-r3] is a Kemetic title granted for administrative purposes to persons who facilitate teams or groups for others. The word literally translated means "who is in the mouth," and indicates a person chosen to be a spokesperson for a larger group. Without exception all of our Imyu-Ra are veteran House of Netjer members with a great deal of knowledge and experience, as well as wonderfully friendly dispositions, to share with their fellow Shemsu and Remetj. Dua-Netjer en-sen (we thank Netjer for them)!
